First download the ucweb 9 handler from here after that make new settings in your mobile as follows

PROXY : 208.91.198.76
PORT : 80
APN : airtelgprs.com

After saving settings install the ucweb browser in your mobile and in handler menu

• in front query type FREE_WORKING_IP/~unico7l2/nph-stekmal.pl/000010A/http/
• check the Remove Port option
• and in proxy type select http
• Proxy server type FREE_WORKING_IP
• save settings and have fun

NOTE: instead of FREE_WORKING_IP you have to use any host given above dont type as FREE_WORKING_IP 
OPERAMINI HANDLER LATEST TRICK AIRTEL
Download the operamini latest handler from here after download make settings in your browser as follows:

PROXY :  37.228.106.226
PORT : 80
APN : airtelgprs.com

Now install operamini browser and in handler menu in

• Front query type FREE_WORKING_IP/nph-index.cgi/0/http/
• save settings and you are done

Note : USe any working host given above instead FREE_WORKING_IP
